- Since 1990 Caravan INN collaborates with various charities such as Doctors without borders-MSF, Medicus Mundi, Aid in Action and Oxfam, donating 0.7% of its total revenue for charity.
- Since 1997 Caravan INN collaborates with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation through specific development projects in Anantapur, one of the poorest areas of India.
- The funded projects focus on development of the infrastructure and on improving living conditions of the most disadvantaged people, especially low-caste people with disabilities, women and children.
