Rental terms and conditions
BOOKING CONDITIONS RENTAL PROGRAMME · CONFORT:
1. PRICES:
According to current rates.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
50% of the total sum in advance, after receiving confirmation of the reservation, which will show the amount and terms of payment.
The remaining 50% will be paid upon arrival in cash.
3. DEPOSIT:
100 Euros must be deposited upon arrival which will be returned on the day of departure if the caravan is clean and in perfect condition.
4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Arrival from 4 pm onwards, departure before 10 am
In case of delayed arrival, your booking will only be kept if you give advanced warning. No refund will be given for the unoccupied period (for the rent of the caravan). If you decide to depart earlier for any reason, it is also not possible to receive any refund.
5. CARAVAN LOCATION:

6. CANCELLATIONS:
In case a confirmed reservation is cancelled or the dates are changed, the amount paid in advanced will be returned after deducting the cancellation fee, which is:
200 Euro if cancellation/changes are made more than 30 days before arrival
400 Euro if cancellation/changes are made between 30 and 15 days before arrival
600 Euro if cancellation/changes are made between 15 and 2 days before arrival
In case cancellation/changes are made less than 2 days before arrival no refund will be made.
(We recommend you to contract a travel insurance or one of our cancellation guarantees).
The cancellation is only valid if received in writing.
7. ANIMALS:
No pets are allowed.
By sending the booking through internet implies acceptance of the booking conditions of Caravan INN and the rules of the campsite.

According to the current rates. Minimum rent: 7 days.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
50% of the total sum in advance, after receiving confirmation of the reservation, which will show the amount and terms of payment. The remaining 50 % will be due at least 30 days before the arrival date.
3. DEPOSIT:
A compulsary 100 euro deposit is due and will be returned on the day of departure if the caravan is clean and in perfect condition.
4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Arrival after 5 pm. The keys can be collected at the campsite reception. Departure before 10 am.

5. CARAVAN LOCATION:
Caravan Inn will set up the caravan on the date of your arrival on the pitch you have reserved or on the pitch the campsite indicates. The caravan will be set up in a way that the northern wind (tramontana) will not affect the awning or canopy. This means that normally the caravan will be set up with the back facing north. The caravan will be ready for use after 5 pm. If you have a specific request, we will do our very best to comply. It is not permitted under any circumstances to move the caravan during your stay or to ask for a change of location.

As a general norm, we do not allow pets. Exceptionally during the low season it is possible to accept pets on the pitch but only if it requested when the booking is made and with a written commitment that the pet will not enter the caravan.
